Why me?

• My knowledge and experience. I have 15 years of experience with recording and mixing music including two years of professional training at SAE London.

• My ears. As a recording engineer I work constantly with different acoustic and electronic instruments and I have a good idea about how they actually sound like in reality and how they would translate when captured “on tape”. I am used to make responsible, irreversible sonic decisions relying on my most important tool – my ears.

• Most online mixers don’t have such experience and thus rarely have a good understanding of musical space. I know how to make an instrument fit in “the right place” in a mix and how to draw a convincing sonic picture. I will give a new 3D world to your music: with good frequency balance, sense of depth and stereo width.

• I can be flexible. I can give both natural and supernatural sound to your music (transparent or creative mixing). I can strictly follow your ideas about the sound you want to achieve or put my own ideas and bring something new to your project (transparent and creative ego).

• Good mixing room and 3 sets of speakers. I will mix your tracks in an acoustically well treated environment and on 3 different sized monitor systems (including mono) and professional headphones too.

• The best plug-ins. With my SSL Duende Mini Studio and a UAD2 solo card I have all the plug-ins needed for a great mix to be done including 32 channels of SSL. With those I have all the DSP power needed even for the most demanding projects.

• Mixing is the time I enjoy the most when working with music and sounds. It is that final stage where the whole picture comes to life and one can finally see the results of his work. I love it and I am a perfectionist!
